SJS Consulting is working with a highly successful manufacturing business located in the Caerphilly area.
An opportunity has arisen to become a key part of the engineering team as a Multi-Skilled Engineer. The ideal applicant will come from a strong engineering background, ideally with an electrical bias, and proven experience of working in an FMCG/Production or Manufacturing environment.
The role of the Multi-Skilled Engineer is to provide breakdown and maintenance cover to ensure production continuation and minimising down time. A strong focus on continuous improvement will also be a key function as it will require for the MSE to be involved with projects on site to improve plant capability and machine availability.

Shift: Fixed Days or Nights - 12 hours shift across a 2 week system
* Week 1 - Wednesday and Thursday
* Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
